It is a restaurant located in the center of the old Sierra Nevada (disappeared in the 70’s) located in the municipality of Sierra Güéjar (Granada). I have been on several occasions and it is one of the best “ventorros” that are distributed throughout the area. Picturesque on the course of the river Genil. Ideal for the summer with its cool but not cold temperatures (and also enjoy its cozy interior dining room with the fireplace in the winter). Exquisite and tasty menus and good and meticulous service. Good value for money.
