Carnicería Conchi Medina “El Loro” was founded in 1940 by Antonio Medina Campos, where now its third generation continues to elaborate sausages in a traditional way.
Its products are of great quality and freshness: Onion sausage, Chorizo, Spicy sausage, pork cheese, hamburgers, chicken meat, pork and beef, tripe, white sausage etc.
Their meats are exquisite, coming from the pigs carcass and hand crafted by the butcher himself.
We also have cured hams in the Sierra Nevada traditionally, from their own channels.
Calves raised in Güéjar-Sierra are being introduced with great acceptance among our customers.
